
The interview was no different from any other company
The company needs to implement better compensation for the amount of hours we put in
The leadership needs to appoint more people who care about results and innovation rather than traditional and rank
Like I said, the work, while pretty big, is doable - but we need better compensation. Or less work at equal pay.
Compensation for people on the lower rungs need to be better, especially when they're the ones who de facto handle most of the tedious financial data gathering, report compliation, etc.
