Sales need to be cut. We should actually just be customer service and financial advisors

The company cares for you. It's amazing the respect and care they have in the HR department.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sales should not be the main concern. When a customer comes in who has medical documentation of heart surgery and got almost 400 dollars in overdrafts fee and the management refuses to click a button. He died and was revived none of the coworkers cared.
