Overall I am very satisfied with the company. With the exception of a few bad decisions, in my opinion, they do a great job of taking care of their employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home currently and this is amazing. The culture of the company is inclusion and it shines. They also embrace volunteering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 months paid paternity leave, tuition reimbursement, health insurance options, vacation/sick day package. I could go on and on, one of the best benefits packages you will find.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is compromised of top talent. They are never trying to steal another's thunder and always recognize each other's success. They are also very willing to share knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is wonderful in terms of my career, she cares about individual successes and always highlights them for us. Our executives seem a little out of touch with current trends. Removing the option to work from home is really unpopular.
