The company needs an overhaul in management and direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for decades and people that are newly hired get paid the same amount.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been a long time since I interviewed, so I don't feel like I can comment on what happens today.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A few people on my team actually work hard and get the job done. We carry most of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate manager is amazing. But she is being held back by stating her opinion. Her supervisor doesn't understand the business and has challenges listening to someone with a different opinion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team has no idea what we do everyday. They sit in a cubicle all day and live in a dream world regarding the state of the business and how it really operates.
