It was thorough. It was very specific to the job with written skills tests.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has some of the smartest people in the industry. But they won't stay with BofA too long unless executives do something now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company pays far less to existing employees compared to new hires for similar or even lower jobs. That is just unfair. It creates an atmosphere of resentment towards the new employees.
