Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average person with my title according to multiple employer review sites is ~8-10k more than what I make. I would be satisfied with having equal compensation.

The company culture is FANTASTIC! Employee networks allow you to find people who are like you, as well as discover individuals who are different from you. The career development opportunities available through these networks is extremely helpful.
