Great but could be way better. A pension, union, higher pay and better leadership would greatly impact employee retention and company culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers tend to encourage each other or at least encourage healthy competition. As a FC employee that is def a productive environment. Leadership pretends to care but they’re mostly just using the usual lead
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process takes FOREVER. I actually forgot I had applied. Once you land the interview the questions are really straightforward, may involve some role play scenarios and questions that really allow the interviewer to get to know you. My direct manager interviewed me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO really is a progressive leader. The amount of benefits available are pretty generous. During difficult moments the company is willing to lend a hand. Further down the leadership chain is a whole different story. Terrible ppl left to manage some incredible talent. They should leverage that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is at/above minimum wage and if you live in less expensive cities and towns you really can benefit. Otherwise the pay is ok. A uniform stipend and paid lunch breaks would make a decent difference. Also allowing vacation time to rollover or using more than one week at a time would be great
