What's going wrong and how can it be improved?bureaucracy, no support in terms of management support nor infrastructure support, and expect you to produce and get the report delivered even when you are sick. Taking leave is frowned upon despite I have never been on any holiday in my one year there. Insecure management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Take ownership, accountability and communicate what you want and need instead of being incompetent, insecure and scheming, throwing the blame to junior staff. Look at the world outside on how people manage and run a bank. Management changes every 6 months during my tenor there.
