What makes you most happy at work?
The collaboration with a cross-disciplinary team composed of multiple customers and supplier representatives in a pre-competitive publically funded project called Catena-X.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very hierarchical, slow upward movements, lots of politics within the company. In addition, things take too long to happen
