I don't feel like a lot of positive environment when you are not part of the in group because you are older

We are a people-oriented team, serving a people-oriented industry, in a people-oriented community.

Honestly there is not much positive about working at this place. I wish there was something better to say about that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work closely with a couple people that are really good, they pull machines and fold linen work as a team, then a couple don't do much

The morning crew speak Chinese all the time including the supervisor

We all work as team and help each other out when needed
