What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As previously said, the company is still focused on growing and making long term investments (R&D, aquisitions, etc...). It has diverse workforce with strong scientific background

The leaders of the company are the ones that dont worry about anyone else, leaders need to thing more about employes
