The customers that come for the experience makes it a positive feeling that's why we are here
I love my team, and even when I'm not ringing up, we have a good flow, someone runs to stock room, someone on the floor, very good
The only good thing is some of the co workers ive met at the flagship. We've had really good employees come but they rarely stay long since its so disfunctional. We have had the store hire mentally ill people and an actual convicted child predator so this made things very uncomfortable for us.
My floor we are cohesive, we bring some peace to each other and keep some motivation going
Everyone is working hard for themselves which is motivation to see, very knowledgeable about merchandise and how to play the system
