Wide array of medical plan options and retirement plans are strong, but require you to stay a minimum of 6 years to be fully vested.

It's all good. I like the bonus structure of being accountable to the company goals.

The best part about my compensation package is the pension plan and matches to my 401K. As a millennial, there's uncertainty if I can expect benefits from social security, so I really value the contributions from Brenntag in preparation for my retirement.

Market comparison. No spot bonus policy implemented for my function. Benchmark would be great

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet the team right away and see if I would be a good culture fit for the job. Its one thing to fit the requirements of the role, but another if you like the team you are about to work with for the coming years.
