We are all professionals and we have a lot of autonomy. We feel accountable to each other and especially to our patients and their families. We are paid extremely well. Our manager is always involving us in the patient treatment plans, any insurance struggles, and we are always challenged

Training new workers that's call for is a plus and i think one should be recognized for taking the time out to train new workers. yes it's a honor to give back and teach the skills you've learned, but just a recognition will be welcome!
How about paying me accurately
Not all team has a good working attitude some are excellent and just. A good all rounder ,
They had my back and I always had theirs. If we had an onslaught of labor patients I would call the staff asking if they could come in and someone always did. I also tried to honor the staffs request and we had a mutual respect for each other
diverse, large, low turn over, flexible
We are all hard working individuals and each player has their own strength that they bring to the table to make us successful as a whole.
They let the rest of the team work independently
They higher the bottom of the barrel and anyone who is any good wants to leave
Our work is rewarding, I feel that I make a difference, and I never worry about the hospital being unsafe or violating CMS, OSHA regs, and most importantly I am told by my colleagues that I am appreciated every shift and I say it to them and truly feel it
Who ever you are, cleaning crew, dietary aides, Registered Nurses, doctors and the the same level of respect. Each person had a role and they understood their importance to the team

We are all from different backgrounds and always embrace each other.
Everyone can work independently and be held accountable for their own work

It was very professional and based on a Method developed by a Nursing theorist that I admire greatly. I think that just made the difference for me. I have a strong curriculum vitae and communicate well
