What are some of the best things about your team?
Not all team has a good working attitude some are excellent and just. A good all rounder ,
They had my back and I always had theirs. If we had an onslaught of labor patients I would call the staff asking if they could come in and someone always did. I also tried to honor the staffs request and we had a mutual respect for each other

We are all hard working individuals and each player has their own strength that they bring to the table to make us successful as a whole.
They let the rest of the team work independently
People with normal lives just like me. I do not have a hard time working with them, I look forward to meeting them everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They higher the bottom of the barrel and anyone who is any good wants to leave
