Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Training new workers that's call for is a plus and i think one should be recognized for taking the time out to train new workers. yes it's a honor to give back and teach the skills you've learned, but just a recognition will be welcome!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? How about paying me accurately
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They higher the bottom of the barrel and anyone who is any good wants to leave
