What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to be much better at retaining good employees and letting go toxic and underperforming employees Having clear direction on future technology and product roadmap Really focus on diversity and promote it internally instead of just talking about it publicly and having the opposite in practice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm very low in my range but have a ton of experience.

Offer project or goal based bonuses and 401k matching. Stock bonuses are cool but the only cash based compensation we have is our salary which changes once a year

Better culture with respect and inclusion of all employees no matter what their title is. Less people managing and trying to manage and more people doing actual work and delivering on their tasks.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Removal of employees/managers that have complaints from multiple people across different groups instead of promoting them. Provide a culture where everyone has a seat at the table and is respected no matter the level/job title, race, or gender.

Middle and senior management needs to be filtered and people who better fit the aspirations of the company culture

I hate having open seating. It's impossible to get individual work done. I stay home when I need to actually work. Also, program managers for projects, instead of facilitating progress, take over the project and add to the work by making a million meetings and over communicating with leaders.

I am stretched incredibly thin, so overall progress feels slow and compromises have to be made. I would like to focus on less projects. Less projects will let me do a better job.
