What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is extremely positive and focuses on each person being their best and most authentic self. Each teammate has a voice and is encouraged to use it so our perspectives are all shared and heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package also includes things like wellness days that are different than traditional PTO. We are encouraged to understand the 8 pillars of wellness and given the time and space to focus on those important things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is comprised of smart, humble and passionate people. Even in a remote environment, they seek to learn about each other and how to serve one another. There is an incredible balance of expectations on results but bc it is oriented in mission and passion, it feels organic and natural.
