What is the best part about your compensation package?

Yearly bonuses that directly reflect our goals and the impact we've made!

The yearly bonus is a huge benefit.

Bonus potential is based on performance!

The bonuses make all the difference as a contract worker.

The compensation package also includes things like wellness days that are different than traditional PTO. We are encouraged to understand the 8 pillars of wellness and given the time and space to focus on those important things.

The paid time off accrues nicely

I appreciate that we work towards quarterly bonuses and the goals always feel attainable.

The company doesnt offer stock yet so that will be a huge advantage in the future
