All are very welcoming and understanding of one another. Lots of encouragement and celebration of individual successes.
The team is comprised of smart, humble and passionate people. Even in a remote environment, they seek to learn about each other and how to serve one another. There is an incredible balance of expectations on results but bc it is oriented in mission and passion, it feels organic and natural.
