What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonuses that directly reflect our goals and the impact we've made!
The yearly bonus is a huge benefit.
Bonus potential is based on performance!
The bonuses make all the difference as a contract worker.
The compensation package also includes things like wellness days that are different than traditional PTO. We are encouraged to understand the 8 pillars of wellness and given the time and space to focus on those important things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company doesnt offer stock yet so that will be a huge advantage in the future
I do not feel undervalued, but I do wish we had more funds to support more adequate pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have such a diverse team with diverse perspectives
Everyone is so supportive and it really is a team effort!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that there was a panel of interviewers and I was able to meet some of the colleages from the team before hire.
I got to meet one of the lead teammates for the department. It was nice to get to know a couple people from the rest of the team.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love my department and teammates. Even in a virtual team, we have built a strong rapport.
I appreciate the work/life balance because we work from home. I also enjoy the relationships I have with my coworkers.
The shared mission to create equity for our members. We all live and breathe it!
