Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I do wish we had more funds to support more adequate pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're always brainstorming ways to get the job done. There's a lot of optimism and positivity while understanding that there's realism in what's going on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I live in a pricier city and I know I took a pay cut so I'm aware. I don't feel undervalued, but compensation wise, it would be nice to have a Cost of Living adjustment added to help
