What did you like most about the interview process?It was a conversation. There were the basic "Tell me about yourself," and "What do you feel your strengths and weaknesses are," but after that was out of the way, the real "conversation" happened and we just talked honestly and openly about qualifications, experiences, and expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?The freedom and trust to interact with clients even early on in your career. Many times, it's you (the one who's working on the file) who's talking with the client, and it helps since you know the file (probably) better than anyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Management really seems to make an attempt at caring. You've got something to take care of - go for it. You need PTO - sweet, hand off anything you haven't started and try to clear the important stuff. Need to adjust your schedule because "life" - Cool, let's talk about it and adjust as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The Great Resignation + unbelievable inflation this year. I'm hoping to see this reflected appropriately next time raises come around.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is sometimes a lack of professionalism and respect. We don't have to like everyone we work with personally, but I hate the gossiping.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?They do not care about their people at all
