It's a zoo. Management picks and chooses which co. rules to follow and the rules change from manager to manager. Example. They tell us masks are required in the building but they decide they are not required in the shuttles. Very dangerous selective enforcement.

So far the only positive has been the few other employees that are pleasant to be around

I have worked here 6 months and still don't have proof of insurance and still don't know how to contact HR
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Last team meeting they told us it was the easiest job in the world and we were lucky to have it. And if we didn't like how they managed us to quit
