I can only speak for non office employees, but overall, this is a great place to work if you are up to the physical challenge and can handle the heat. Medical insurance paid by company is great, shift differential pay is good, overall environment is mostly relaxed as long as everyone works hard.

Relaxed atmosphere that allows people to work without being micromanaged. As long as you do what you're supposed to and keep your nose clean, management will never hassle you.
