I like that were all young and interactive and were able to joke around thats important
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and not pulling the team lead just to give us a different team lead it makes no sense- its not even for meetings!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits were relatively average. I think their voluntary time off is nice but they use it as a way to prevent employees from requesting time off without an accrued balance.
