I am looking for another job because the executive resolutions leadership team isn't transparent. Demands of "do better", but won't provide any documentation of our leaderboard metrics. I loved Carvana and was excited about my future with the company. Not so much now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits are awesome. I have no complaints.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers need leaders and I am not one of them. They need training more than one day transferring from advocate 2 to exec res.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I can joke around with peers on how processes are lacking and they agree then we laugh together because nothing is going to get resolved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Involvement. Running a company isnt the easiest, but executives aren't around to see the shady things that go on. Pouring into your people doesn't just mean raises. It means showing up too.
