Overall.. I've fallen in love with my job, I have never been in love with a job. I am excited to help customers and for once in my life I am so excited to help provide an extra umph to my customers experience from everything I have learned in training. They're real. They're understanding and even if the situation is stressful they guide you to give the best customer experience and if you're anything like me,empath, you soak up neagtive energy to look out for others, but leadership goes that extra mile to reassure we're ready and good! Full circle
