company was amazing when we first started but when we went public we were pushed to grow to fast and everything fell apart. we used to only hire the right fit and we went from that to hiring everyone and anyone and lost the company culture that made carvana well carvana.

Waaaaay to much to list here. Main thing is growing to fast and competitive pay

I was transfered from a sister company but promoted within based off my work ethic, That has changed though.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leading. they just hire anyone with a degree when there current employees know more then their new boss who adds a bunch of unneeded steps and makes work harder to get done. Work smarter not harder.
