Integrity, honesty, humor, and more energy than a toddler after downing a redbull.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love a more robust 401K/retirement plan. My last company matched 100% up to 7%
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're fun. They jump in to help one another. There is no competition between anyone, because we're all trying to build the same big beautiful thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture IS the most positive thing... a lot of companies say things similar to "we're all in this together", but in truth, it's usually not the case. With Carvana, it's different. And different is awesome.
