So far so good there is a lot of overtime and they give some notice it's not the best but it's okay just be prepared to work a lot of overtime if you work in the body department

Just being able to be around my co-workers and laugh while working

we all work hard and achieve a goal and most of us can take a joke

We can be ourselves (within reason) and just have fun while working there are very few companies that will allow that

It was easy only I applied for a different job and was offered a completely new one so a little weird but very simple
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Carvana gives good benefits as well as pay they have health, vision, dental, and other benefits they give you vacation and Personal time off that you can use anytime through out the year
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good leaders that do what they can to help their team what people don't realize is that they have to fight big higher ups and do what they can to help us but it's only so much
