Caravan DOES care about the employees AND customers. The layoffs were disappointing but the current economic situation has been a strain on many businesses. The severance was thoughtful and generous. I am proud of Carvana for doing everything possible to ease the impact of the difficult decision.

Good energy from the interviewer and materials shared ahead of interview so I would be prepared

They are eager to help and encourage. I felt they were in my corner and always helping me improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Layoffs were tough but the severance pay and continuation of medical coverage was thoughtful and generous. Demonizing Carvana for responding to financial realities is inappropriate and childish. I was proud to work there and have much respect for the CEO and his handling of the entire situation.
