Am forced to work overtime when it should be optional. Manager tefused to let me leave when i said i needed to leave after my work was done and my shift was already over. I work in 90 degree+ weather & I just wanna leave at my scheduled time

Coworkers gang up in groups like highschool. Have seen them bully people out of their job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, actually working instead of keeping people late to do their work for them. Favortism is high
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Changes made constantly in negative ways. Favoritsm between workers and team leads. Power abusive managers. The techs don't properly inspect cars and they are returned to us with issues still
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop keeping people past their expected off time or at least make overtime optional. I want to enjoy my time off before my next shift and they should not be able to force you
