Feeling I have room to grow/advance in my career, I have room to learn. Some coworkers that will actually go out and help you when needed if you have questions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making realistic numbers to hit. Getting jobs done correctly instead of so fast. I would rather have a repair done on my car correctly rather than quickly and half assed. Management weds to listen and take your considerations into effect instead of hearing it and doing nothing about it
