The position and drivers are amazing. The managers and power given to them far exceeds the positions. HR will not do anything even if numerous reports are made.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Half are cancelled. Half are pointless. Holds meeting when half the drivers arent even there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When hired stock plan/gifts were given but are now taken away. Health is meh and 401k is meh
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Team leader is worse than a trash can. Does not listen to drivers, plays favorites, will build points on individual drivers who disagree with him and not do anything to others. Has fired driver over warning but does nothing for others who were at fault in accidents.
