Over stocked with inventory, no physical space. Maintenance technicians use sub par practices to repair stocked inventory that customers purchase.

I suggest investing the funding for those free lunches they often use to motivate underpaid staff be repurposed into pay increases for wage employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Carvana is a " pay lagging" wage/ salary paying company instead of a "pay leading" one. They will pay the least as compared to the competition.
