Again understanding. The managers know everything about nothing. If they listen, it would become a place of growth vs. Just a place to work.

CDK often tries to act like a successful company. The result is similar to putting a big spoiler on a Buick Regal... yes some high performance vehicles have big spoilers, but adding a spoiler to grandpa's buick doesn't make it competitive with those other vehicles.
