Accessible but not really understand the pulse of or industry
I like the leadership team as they let you do your job and don't question your calls.
Positive attitudes during sales calls.
Very good. I would recommend everyone to work under them.
They seem to be relatable
They are all willing to help out when needed
All they care about is lining their own pockets.

If you really want to have a successful team that wants to put in the extra effort and time, then you need to be present transparent. You also need to show more appreciation.
We just got a new CEO: Brian Krzanich. He is the former CEO from Intel and has infused a lot of excitement to our company. His vision is infectious and I am looking forward to executing on that vision.
Review from HR Dept

Review from Engineering Dept
Communication. No one has any clue what is going on and no one works together.
Review from IT Dept
Respecting employees, paying them what they're worth, not skimping on benefits, and not restricting compensation increases. There is far too much red tape from HR around role changes, title changes, and pay increases, and career development and advancement is often a battle against bureaucracy.
HR is ruthless savages. Not about people at all!
Review from Operations Dept
The tone of Communication, and understanding. Leader shod be little other.
Listening to their bottom level employees, not move business over to India, and to stop completely reworking the customer service model instead of improving on the one we already have
Review from Customer Support Dept
Leadership seems to be intent on driving the company into the ground. Is there more profit in killing a business than in running it? There must be, because no one of average intelligence could think they are doing anything other than destroying the business.
Review from Engineering Dept
Honesty, ethics, communication, management are all lacking and have vast room for improvement.
Review from Engineering Dept
Start over... back to basics. Listen to your employees.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Treat people like they matter
They don’t care about customers or employees
Review from Operations Dept
They need to focus on the good American employees that they already have instead of laying them off and going with employees overseas that go buy a script
Review from Customer Support Dept
You can't see the forest, for the trees. If you want margins to increase, stop canning your best assets. Customers stay for quality support.
Review from Operations Dept
Keep people instead of letting people go. People that are still left are over worked and scared they will be let go next. Not the best env
