I like the leadership team as they let you do your job and don't question your calls.

If you really want to have a successful team that wants to put in the extra effort and time, then you need to be present transparent. You also need to show more appreciation.

We just got a new CEO: Brian Krzanich. He is the former CEO from Intel and has infused a lot of excitement to our company. His vision is infectious and I am looking forward to executing on that vision.

Respecting employees, paying them what they're worth, not skimping on benefits, and not restricting compensation increases. There is far too much red tape from HR around role changes, title changes, and pay increases, and career development and advancement is often a battle against bureaucracy.

HR is ruthless savages. Not about people at all!
