Career advancement is not open. Salary and stock adjustments have not been made. Would receive similar benefits elsewhere with more compensation.

Even though we are remote, we talk to each other daily. We see each other and work together well. The entire company gets together monthly so we can see everyone and chat. C team holds AMAs and we all contribute. Never a bad question, never feel awkward about responding to questions.
