What do you like best about the leadership team?
The C-suite leadership: I love that they show up to smaller team events and make themselves visible. They are positive and I trust them. The Culture division leadership: I like that they are committed to upholding company Core Values. They are professional and compassionate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role I've been hired into is on a team that is understaffed with the highest turnover in the company. Senior leadership doesn't see the connection between workload and salary.

We have fun together and also get SO MUCH done. We all have a lot of personal accountability and trust each other.

We look at people as PEOPLE, not work-producing robots. We are positive looking to the future and foster a growth mindset. I wake up excited for the day, not dreading work, which is amazing!

What makes you most happy at work?
Successfully resolving internal client concerns. I love when people bring me a challenge they aren't able to resolve on their own and after talking with me they have hope and a plan. It is what I love most about my career, and CHG helps me make an impact daily.
