  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Chime?
The company is in dire need of people within business and product who can make up their minds instead of spinning around and around for months on-end. So much re-work is required for every project anybody touches, purely because certain executives are unable to commit to a direction. I can't count how many times a project was approved, started, had weeks of work poured into it, only to be "re-thought" at the last minute, requiring everyone to go back to the drawing board. This sort of behavior makes everyone frustrated, and makes it hard for everyone to do their best work.
