Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is never any recognition for hard work nor the clear and direct impact that we contribute to the business' success. Promotions are promised to many, but never follow through. Its assumed that we should be 'happy to just be here' or be replaced, therefore there's no need to promote.

I was promised a team (2 team members) 2 years ago when I started and we have yet to be able to hire my support staff, due to leaderships decision to prioritize other teams. Essentially I'm doing the job of 3 people and not being compensated to that degree.
