  • What do you like best about the leadership team?
    I like that they focus on people not just on profit. For many years, profitability seemed to be the driving force. Which I do understand, without profit, we wouldn't survive. However, for the last couple of years, the focus was on diversity and inclusion. Everyone is welcome, everyone is respected.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
    We do move at a very fast pace, but are equipped to tackle the assignments given. We have a very caring culture allowing for feedback and valued as an employee.

    The company is focused on diversity and inclusion. It is a great work environment for anyone to feel safe and comfortable about who they are. Choice is proactive about creating resource groups to reinforce the inclusion in the work place.

    I feel valued, but I think Choice tends to be a more fiscally conservative company and for a small organization that runs leanly, there's room to pay associates on the higher end of the market.
