What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that they focus on people not just on profit. For many years, profitability seemed to be the driving force. Which I do understand, without profit, we wouldn't survive. However, for the last couple of years, the focus was on diversity and inclusion. Everyone is welcome, everyone is respected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We do move at a very fast pace, but are equipped to tackle the assignments given. We have a very caring culture allowing for feedback and valued as an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company is focused on diversity and inclusion. It is a great work environment for anyone to feel safe and comfortable about who they are. Choice is proactive about creating resource groups to reinforce the inclusion in the work place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel valued, but I think Choice tends to be a more fiscally conservative company and for a small organization that runs leanly, there's room to pay associates on the higher end of the market.
