Since I have to work for a living, I'm choosing to stick with Cisco. It is a decent company culture, I do not have any significant complaints. I could always use more pay. The time off is good, there are additional days other than just PTO.

Working from home and a paycheck

The interviews were fairly laid back and not stressful

I like independence, however the team is responsive when I have questions

I believe I get paid a little more than average, it is very hard to confirm
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That family is actually put first for the most part. Even though everyone says this, many companies don't mean it
