The final round of interviews were less formal and more conversational. It was an opportunity for both sides to see if we were a good fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive and open to constructive criticism. There is plenty of work to go around and it will consume you if you let it, but they push you to try to maintain a good work life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm on a team of geniuses who are very humble. No one worries about stepping on toes and everyone speaks highly of each other. There is constant friendly banter and we have fun between serious meetings.
