I think the leadership team at Cisco is transparent and honest. They share with the organization wins and losses, and take responsibility for decisions, good and bad.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cisco's culture cannot be beat. Great leaders in my experience and great colleagues. Cisco leads from the top down in terms of doing the right thing, and I see that reflected in Cisco daily.
