mostly open communication, but messages at individual contributor level are often at odds with what is said at company wide meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some roles are not recognized fairly. Grade elevations are largely based on the orbit of the team and how close it is to the exec leadership, not on long term performance. Turnover of team members largely consists of them finding better compensation elsewhere.
