Mkae things happen and have fun while you are doing it. The Cisco time to give is like nothing I have ever seen before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CSCO is a large company yet the leadership team is quite approachable. There is a true culture of CARING beyond just the business at CSCO - its amazing. The culture overall is the best I have ever seen in my 25+ years of working - that is driven and created by leadership.
