Even though the interview process was long and slow, I am very grateful I turned down other opportunities and waited to be hired by Cisco. I love this company, the people, and the passion shared among the teams!

Always willing to help and provide great insight! They see and project the endless possibilities that Cisco provide and push their vision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having a base salary while having the opportunity to push and become better, while getting paid better via commissions and incentives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different personalities and perspectives of all my coworkers. Everyone is always positive and really wants to be apart of something bigger and better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm on the newer side to Cisco, so I love their availability to always help and put themselves out there to give guidance while showing the way to become a better seller.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I started the process of applying for Cisco GVSE in November 2018 and was not hired until October 2019. I thought the interview process ok, but very long time until I was given formal offer letter even though it was relayed to me that I would be hired in April of 2019.
