Folks are being put on action plans for no reason, even when they are hitting their numbers.
Two words: Pay. Parity. I am tired of seeing womxn being paid less than men in many segments of the company.
I am being paid less than my male peers, and as we are transitioning to actually be paid by Cisco there is a salary cap to all of us in this position and we cannot negotiate for more despite tenure.
